OR Bachelor's Degree Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Analytics, Data Science, or related field AND Proven years technology-related sales or account management experience
OR Master's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, Analytics, Data Science, or related field AND Proven years technology-related sales or account management experience.
Proven years solution or services sales experience.
Proven years senior technical sales leadership experience in cloud services growth and consumption.
A few years people management experience, including managing high performance sales and technical-specialist teams, coaching solution specialist and account development strategies, and/or leadership roles in multi-tiered large organizations.
Fluency in Swedish and English is required
1. Lead Sales Discipline & Execution Excellence
Drive team’s pipeline creation and conversion by aligning with internal stakeholders on territory and account plans.
Ensure team’s forecast accuracy and deal progression through weekly execution reviews with Managers.
Collaborate with Cloud & AI SE&O leaders to drive sales execution, ensure rhythm of business (ROB), and maintain operational rigor
Generate new pipeline through cross-sell, and innovation plays.
Ensure all Specialists embed Unified in every new commitment dialoge with emphasis on Accelerate territories.
Encourage the team to use sales programs and tools to to achieve growth goals.
Guide the team in Technical Fluency & Change Leadership
Develop L200+ fluency across the Cloud & AI technology stack to coach and model technical depth and ensure sellers also demonstrate the same L200+ fluency across Infra, Data (Fabric), and AI App workloads.
Build sellers’ proficiency in demos, whiteboarding, and use of migration, data, and AI accelerators.
Lead change management for accelerate accounts.
Enforce team’s accountability for learning time and skilling plan completion.
Drive team’s Strategic Engagement & Business Impact
Sponsor customer engagements and build executive trust.
Promote consultative, outcome-driven selling aligned to customers’ transformation goals.
Equip the team to leverage Azure Accelerate programs and funding for deal velocity.
Support the team to engage in competitive deals, engage GBBs, and optimize customer commitment and Unified growth across the territory.
