What you'll do

Duration: 12 months, with the possibility to get prolonged (until the active, full-time student student conditions are met)

Time schedule: 24 / 30 / 32 / 40 hours per week

  • Provide daily support to the EMEA Tech TA team, both local and international
  • Participate in the tasks of a modern recruiting organization and have an opportunity to contribute actively to the recruiting process (job postings, screening candidates, meet hiring managers, system management, administration etc.)
  • Support the team and management with reporting and analytics
  • Actively source for new candidates in the labour market
  • Communicate with applicants and colleagues in English (in writing and on the telephone)
  • Support the development of our Employer Branding activities
  • Be involved in talent and social media projects as well as talent events


What you bring

  • Enrolment as an active, full-time student (Bachelor or Master) in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications or Marketing

  • Fluent English skills (written & spoken), good communication skills
  • Good skills with Microsoft Office applications, especially Teams, Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Team-orientation and an ability to communicate well with team members and managers
  • Strong orientation to service, customer & quality focus
  • Interested in the technology world
