As an Intern in SAP Tech Talent Discovery Team you will:
- Support SAP Tech Talent hiring market in the Bulgarian market as well other countries (as per the need)
- Participate in the tasks of a modern recruiting organization and have an opportunity to contribute actively to the recruiting process (job postings, screening candidates, meet hiring managers, system management, etc.)
- Communicate with applicants in English (in writing and on the telephone)
- Be involved in talent and social media projects
Your Profile/ Experience expected:
We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.
- University student enrolled in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications or Marketing
- Advanced English skills (written & spoken), good communication skills
- Good skills with Microsoft Office applications, especially Teams, Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Team-orientation and an ability to communicate well with team members and managers
- Strong orientation to service, customer & quality focus
- Previous work experience in recruitment or HR is an advantage
- Interested in Technology World
