Minimum qualifications:
Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in Program Management, strategy, and cross-functional planning (e.g., roadmap, objective and key results, processes).
- Experience in building and executing strategies for sustainability or environmental programs, with a focus on carbon accounting.
- Experience developing data-driven insights and then translating and presenting these into meaningful recommendations for multiple audiences, including executives.
- Experience with the top carbon accounting frameworks (e.g., Greenhouse Gas Protocol, Scope 2 and Scope 3 Guidance) and Net Zero frameworks (SBTi, ERI, IPCC).
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with project scoping and planning, cross functional stakeholder engagement, roadmap development, and tracking and setting objective and key results.
- Understanding of current GHG reporting requirements including the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD), European Taxonomy, and other European related reporting requirements.
- Excellent program management skills with the ability to communicate with diverse stakeholders.
