What you`ll do:

· Create and evolve components and patterns of the design system in alignment with our design guidelines and language

· Ensure the value of your design system work by partnering closely with application and development teams across SAP.

· Gather feedback and expose design concepts to stakeholders and end users for research/validation to iteratively enhance the design system.

· Present, visualize, and express ideas and concepts cogently and in a structured manner at various design stages to back design decisions.

· Be passionate about design and continuously broaden your skillset on design methodologies, technologies, upcoming trends, and business scenarios.

· Advocate for design system strategy, best practices, and tools within the team and company.

· Support young talents by teaming up with them and providing actionable feedback that excels in their growth.

What you bring:

· 5+ years of professional experience in application or system design for software solutions

· A stunning design portfolio that displays a spectrum of creative design solutions

· Proven track record in user experience design for mobile applications and design systems

· Strong expertise in adaptive mobile design for Apple iOS or Google Android

· Experience in driving design directions and partnering with peers in business and technology roles

· Ability to drive user research and run user-centric design processes and methodologies

· Exceptional design crafting skills in visual and interaction design

· Business domain knowledge (e.g. Finance, HR, CRM) is a plus

· Prototyping skills are a plus

· Experience and motivation to work in a diverse and global organization

· Fluency in English (oral and written) is a requirement, along with the ability to present and communicate design concepts to stakeholders
