Your Impact

You will be a key part of our US sales engineering team and working with our enterprise sales team to drive Isovalent Enterprise Platform adoption in all phases of the sales cycle. This is a unique opportunity to engage 1:1 with some of the most cloud-native and forward-thinking technologists in the industry and have a real impact helping drive digital transformation. Demand for our products has skyrocketed over the last 12 months as customers realize that legacy tools simply don’t cut it in the new stack. Kubernetes and containers require purpose-built solutions designed for the cloud.

  • Drive in-depth discovery discussions with prospective customers to understand their environment and associated needs.
  • Collaborate with Sales Engineering teammates to identify and drive enterprise sales best practices.
  • Work with the Isovalent engineering and product teams to tailor offering to specific customer needs
  • Help shape the culture and future of the Isovalent’s sales engineering organization.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of technical sales experience with infrastructure, enterprise software.
  • Proven Experience in Kubernetes operations, Kubernetes networking, container ecosystem and microservices.
  • A demonstrable background evangelizing and bringing disruptive new technologies to market.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Fortune 500 Customer facing experience, preferably with Finance Services or Hi-Tech Vertical experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to inject qualification and discovery into the sales cycle beyond "interest" and/or "champion engagement".
  • Proven expertise with specific Cloud/Kubernetes environments or distributions (any of the following AWS, GCE/GKE, Azure, VMware Tanzu, OpenShift etc.)
  • Demonstrated expertise in cloud native technologies Docker, Kubernetes or Service Mesh
  • Demonstrated experience with Network Security (WAFs, Firewalls etc.)
  • Proven ability to effectively communicate complex technical information to diverse audiences through compelling presentations, whiteboarding, and written materials, while collaborating seamlessly within fast-paced, multi-functional teams.
