Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of Strategy & Analysis or related work experience.

Associate's degree and 4+ years of Strategy & Analysis or related work experience.

*Completed advanced degrees in a relevant field may be substituted for up to two years (Master’s = one year, Doctorate = two years) of work experience.

• 5 years’ experience in investment banking, corporate development, engineering, product mgmt., technology consulting, strategy, or finance is ideal.

• Strong understanding of business concepts and corporate finance

• Proficient in valuation and financial modelling ability with ability to operate complex models that clearly highlight key assumptions.

• Understand / interpret financial statements and have ability to build / forecast 3 statement valuation models

• Keen interest in the technology industry and awareness of key trends in mobile technologies & applications

• Ability to analyze complex business problems, develop supporting analysis and present in a clear and simple manner for an executive audience.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• MBA from top program preferred.
