Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in accounting or a related function.
- Ability to communicate in English and Spanish fluently to contact local stakeholders from Google and outside of Google.
Preferred qualifications:
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Accountant (CA).
- Experience in spreadsheet (e.g., Google Sheets), SQL and SAP ERP or other accounting Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP's).
- Ability to work in a cross-functional, fluid environment, and support complex operational initiatives.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate effectively with executive management.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills with the focus on continuous improvement.
