As part of the team, you'll be building highly visible, robust automation tools and to tackle hard to solve problems. Working backwards from customer needs, you will identify the right sets of tools to build to achieve the best quality and customer experience. You will drive test automation efforts for critical and complex technical projects spanning multiple teams. You will be responsible for driving improvements in test tools, test environments and reporting mechanisms as well as influence the implementation of the right solutions.You will also be owning the design and code modules for infrastructure, application, and processes to help us build the Machine Learning training and inference platforms.Key job responsibilities
- Develop innovative AI testing solutions to improve the accuracy and effectiveness of our Agentic AI applications.
- Evaluate and enhance the existing quality test infrastructure to ensure comprehensive testing and validation
- Develop new testing frameworks and tools to improve test coverage and efficiency for AI-driven systems.- Building automated tests using existing tools and frameworks to validate AI application functionality
- Working directly with Software Developers, Product Managers, and Technical Program Managers to ensure proper development and quality of our AI applications and platforms
- Ability to understand AI product requirements and develop the right strategy for automation focus for the best coverage and reliability for the time invested
- Ensure code reviews tend to be rapid and uneventful. Provide useful code reviews for changes submitted by others.

- 3+ years of non-internship professional software development testing experience
- 2+ years of test automation frameworks and tools building experience
- Experience programming with at least one modern language such as Java, C++, or C# including object-oriented design
- 3+ years experience automating cloud native technologies, deploying applications, and provisioning infrastructure
- 3+ years experience developing cloud native CI/CD workflows and tools: Jenkins, CloudFormation, Code Deploy (AWS) and/or GitLab
