The Apprenticeship & Routes:

You’ll get hands on experience in:

Root cause and corrective action activities – Identifying solutions to overcome cost of poor-quality issues, reducing scrap and rework NVA activities

Lean manufacturing principles – 5S Workplace Organisation solutions, product efficiency and quality improvements

Creating process sketches using CAM/CAD software

HNC Level 4 Engineering Manufacturing Technician alongside a salary, with annual uplifts, and competitive benefits.

Key requirements:

NVQ or City and Guilds level 3 in engineering or a similar subject / qual

Four GCSE’s at Grade 4/C and above or equivalent; must include Maths, English, and a Science subject. An interest in aerospace would be advantageous.

Right to work in the UK

Ideally hold a full UK driving licence, (not essential if you are currently working towards gaining this)
