Citi is embarking on a multi-year technology initiative in our Wholesale Lending Credit Risk. We are building the brand new platform, which supports various Messaging, API, and Workflow Components for Loans Services across the bank. Platform is being built from the scratch using latest technologies, including Messaging, APIs, Workflow, Relational DB , Containers, Microservices and integration with Peer and Legacy Systems using Enterprise Application Integration Patterns. We work in a Hybrid-Agile customized SDLC environment.

Responsibilities:

• Write good and well-tested code in Java as an Individual Contributor
• REST APIs and Microservices development
• Writing Unit Tests and participating in dev testing throughout the SDLC (DEV, SIT, UAT)
• Deployment to Dev, SIT and UAT environments using CI/CD tools

Skills Required:

• At least 4 years of experience as a Java developer
• Experience in developing REST APIs and Microservices using Java, Spring framework
• Good knowledge of build tools Maven/Gradle, SQL (Oracle dialect is preferable)
• Troubleshooting and fixing issues

Nice to have experience:

• Exposure toCI/CD tools like Tekton, Harness
• Messaging Systems: Kafka
• OpenShift Container Platform/Kubernetes
• APM Tools: AppDynamics, Splunk, Kibana

Skills Required:

• Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
