Job Description:


This position requires a strong knowledge of Semiconductor manufacturing, our strategy, our customer/partner landscape, Advanced Planning Solutions, Planning best practices, Foundry practices, Factory operations and key supply policies:Drive alignment across supply chain by producing a high-quality plan and ensuring explainability.
Develop strategic vision to lead transformation to Foundry best practices, lead transition in skills to support the increasing technology dependency, like adoption of AI.In addition to the above key responsibilities include:
Partner with key leaders on organizational development, workforce, talent and cultural imperativesBehavioral Traits:Excellent written and verbal communications skillsStrong self-initiative and persistence, ability to deal with a high degree of ambiguity, and drive clarity in key areas.
Willingness to handle many complex tasks and deadline pressure while maintaining a high attention to detail and quality

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Position not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship.

10+ years of experience in:
Supply Chain planning
Planning System involvement and interaction
Manufacturing planning- work with factory, understand the factory

Experience with advanced planning systems such as Kinaxis, Anaplan, Blue Yonder, SAP Advanced Planning, o9 Planning, etc.


Previous related work experience in a semiconductor foundry and/or OSAT preferred.Requirements listed would be obtained through a combination of industry relevant job experience, internship experiences and orschoolwork/classes/research.
