This is a 12-month fixed term contract role, based in Richmond working 3 days in office.
What You Will Accomplish:
Brand Outreach Support: Collaborate with RaaS partners and the Business Development team to handle follow-up communications and support brand outreach initiatives.
Development of Pitch Decks: Coordinate and refine brand-specific pitch deck materials, applying relevant data to tailor content to the needs and interests of potential partners.
Contract Lifecycle Management: Coordinate the execution of contracts, including NDAs, Authorized Reseller Agreements, and Pricing Agreements, ensuring compliance and smooth transactions.
Issue Resolution: Address and resolve brand-specific, non-trade-related concerns and facilitate successful partnership negotiations.
Task Coordination: Coordinate with brands and RaaS partners to ensure successful assignment and execution of recommended tasks, optimizing launch and ramp-up processes.
Product Assortment and Financial Targeting: Provide mentorship on product assortment and contribute to creating brand-specific financial targets to drive growth.
Asset Acquisition: Secure brand-specific marketing assets and advertising incentives to support effective product launches and ramp-up phases.
Performance Reporting: Assist in compiling and delivering brand performance reports to collaborators, ensuring transparency and aiding in post-launch analysis.
Market Research and Strategic Insights: Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and key players in the RaaS industry, providing insights that advise strategic decisions.
Process Enhancement Feedback: Offer consistent, actionable feedback on processes to improve efficiency and streamline partnership operations.
Leadership in Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR): Lead QBRs with top strategic RaaS sellers to assess performance and strategize future initiatives.
