Interact with KOLs to communicate and advance medical strategy and initiatives
Communicate clinical/scientific insights as well as research concepts from KOLs back to Medical Affairs team for shaping medical strategy
Collaborate local and regional medical leadership teams to build and execute medical strategy
Strategically support the development and execution of peri-launch product initiatives, commercialization, and life cycle management (LCM) of company products through research endeavors, education, scientific exchange, and clinical support with key stakeholders and medical experts
Participate at academic conferences; actively contribute to conference planning, scientific session coverage and development of scientific summary
Provide support to unsolicited investigator sponsored research proposals as well as Company sponsored research
Present abstracts/posters and other related medical content at regional and national meetings when applicable
Provide medical expertise and support to projects led by Medical Affairs and other cross-functional projects, such as advisory boards, educational activities, clinical study support as necessary
Demonstrate full awareness of and compliance with all SOPs, applicable laws and regulations as they apply to this job type/position. Proactively identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate action as required
:
Minimum 5 years clinical or Pharmaceutical/Healthcare industry experience in any of the following; radiology, molecular medicine, cardiology, oncology
Advanced Degree in Health Sciences, MS, or equivalent such as Pharmacist or Radiographer
Demonstrated presentation skills through listed lectures or evidence of teaching; prior experience in Business Development welcomed
Must be able to comprehend significant degree of scientific content and able to clearly articulate communication
Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and project management skills
Demonstrated ability to think innovatively, be flexible as priorities change, comfortably operate in a fast-paced environment and manage uncertainty
Self-motivated and solution and action oriented
Well trained in compliance and Korean code of practice
Preferred Qualifications:
Self-starting, confident team player with attention to detail
3 or more years’ experience in a Medical Affairs/MSL role
A doctorate degree preferred (PhD, Pharm D, MD, DO)
