In this role, you’ll:

• Support the testing of the application functionalities, including identifying, documenting, and reporting bugs and issues; work in error correction; assist in the creation and maintenance of test plans, test cases, and test scripts
• Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to understand and clarify requirements for testing; document the testing process and results in a comprehensive and clear manner
• Contribute to the creation and maintenance of user manuals, technical documentation, and training materials for the application
• Identify and solve upcoming errors in the application; work closely with the development team to create solutions to resolve errors
• Be responsible for master data maintenance and secure data integrity
• Work in a Continual Service Improvement (CSI) cycle to further improve the application, translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications; be responsible for monthly reporting and backup activities
• Manage user support and user trainings

Who you are:

You are a student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences. We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stays curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

• Enrolled in a relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Informatics, or a related field
• Basic experience in software development, testing and maintenance is a plus
• Familiarity with SAP HANA, and data modelling concepts
• Knowledge in MS Access is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken); German language is a plus
