EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
The primary tasks of this role are:
- Conduct customer workshops to understand business process requirements
 - Advise customer on industry best practices in the area of expertise
 - Configure the requirements in respective solutions
 - Prepare functional specifications and support development teams
 - Conduct testing, training and support data migration
 
WORK EXPERIENCE
- Implementation experience in at least one of the SAP ERP Logistics solution areas: Sales, Procurement, Production Planning (SD/MM/PP)
 - Integration with other SAP solutions or products will be added advantage
 - Strong experience in designing and configuring business processes in respective module
 
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree – ideally in Computer Science, Information Technology, Economics
 - Solid knowledge of business processes in Supply Chain Management area
 - Strong customer focus
 - Adaptability and flexibility to manage deadline pressure, ambiguity and change
 - Relevant projects that demonstrate your communication, interpersonal skills and work ethic
 - Ability to work independently
 - Good presentation and communication skills
 - Ability and will to coach/mentor younger colleagues into delivering quality projects and consulting services
 - Ideally experienced in working in an international environment
 - Romanian Business Professional
 - English Business Professional (C1 or equivalent)
 
Nice to have
- Delivery experience in agile implementation methodology (e.g. SAP Activate & SAP Solution Manager)
 - Experience in S/4HANA implementation projects
 - SAP Certification in any Logistic module
 - ABAP programming skills
 - German language
 
TRAVEL
- Ready to travel for assignments within EMEA-DACH (short term and long term)
