EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

The primary tasks of this role are:

• Conduct customer workshops to understand business process requirements
• Advise customer on industry best practices in the area of expertise
• Configure the requirements in respective solutions
• Prepare functional specifications and support development teams
• Conduct testing, training and support data migration

WORK EXPERIENCE

• Implementation experience in at least one of the SAP ERP Logistics solution areas: Sales, Procurement, Production Planning (SD/MM/PP)
• Integration with other SAP solutions or products will be added advantage
• Strong experience in designing and configuring business processes in respective module

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree – ideally in Computer Science, Information Technology, Economics
• Solid knowledge of business processes in Supply Chain Management area
• Strong customer focus
• Adaptability and flexibility to manage deadline pressure, ambiguity and change
• Relevant projects that demonstrate your communication, interpersonal skills and work ethic
• Ability to work independently
• Good presentation and communication skills
• Ability and will to coach/mentor younger colleagues into delivering quality projects and consulting services
• Ideally experienced in working in an international environment
• Romanian Business Professional
• English Business Professional (C1 or equivalent)

Nice to have

• Delivery experience in agile implementation methodology (e.g. SAP Activate & SAP Solution Manager)
• Experience in S/4HANA implementation projects
• SAP Certification in any Logistic module
• ABAP programming skills
• German language

TRAVEL

• Ready to travel for assignments within EMEA-DACH (short term and long term)
