Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• At least 3 years of experience applying equipment engineering / maintenance concepts in a manufacturing or research environment.
• At least 3 years of experience working in a collaborative environment across multiple engineering disciplines.
• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical / Electrical / Chemical Engineering, or other engineering fields with focus on project management.
• Strong MS Office Skills – Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication skills.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• Working knowledge of multiple disciplines of fab tooling and building support systems, and fab architecture.
• Strong skills in electrical, mechanical, chemical, HVAC, building controls and UHP gas designs.
• Strong troubleshooting skills on semiconductor process equipment, facilities support systems and understanding of advanced semiconductor materials processing and MES systems.
• Sound working knowledge of NYS building codes and National Electric Codes.
• Experience in fab design and planning, AutoCAD.
