Analyze existing financial statement and processes and identify areas for improvement. Propose and implement changes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs and increase overall value.
Conduct in-depth financial research and benchmarking to identify best practices and innovative ideas for value enhancement. Use the knowledge to drive continuous improvement within the team.
Collaborate with ATR operation team or cross-functional teams to implement process enhancements that meet or exceed performance targets.
Provide guidance or support to key performance indicators to measure the impact of process changes and report on outcomes, sharing your expertise in project management and financial analysis. Foster a collaborative and positive work environment.
Regularly report project status to management, stakeholders or sponsors, providing clear and concise updates on key milestones and achievements.
Provide training and support to team members on processes, soft skills & hard skills, other technologies based on strong domain/other knowledge.

Key Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree inFinance orAccounting related major.
years of hands-on experience in full Account to report process, especially familiarity with industry-specific inventory, cost related experience
At least 3 years experience in successfully leading and delivering projects within the finance domain.
3-4 years management experience to lead team
Excellent analytical, problem-solving and optimization opportunity identification skills, including root cause analysis and data analytics
Good communication skills with the ability to drive teams and present complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders clearly.
Team player, flexible, and committed to quality process, details and outcomes
Strong organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize multiple concurrent tasks
Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal, required for a global work environment.
Professional certifications such as intermediate accounting, PMP or others in accounting & project management.
Basic VBA/RPA skills is preferable
Understanding of Chinese GAP or USGAAP is preferable
