Job Summary:

The primary responsibility of this position is to manage the day-to-day Operations in Receivables Operations (Lockbox). You will be responsible with management of the business deliverables and the team. The role/ position would also assume the responsibilities of shift manager. The role would involve managing a team of around 20 to 30 people. The role involves close coordination and working with other client operations sites to ensure business goals and objectives are met.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide overall supervision / leadership to the staff during his/ her shift operating window. This would include monitoring and reporting shift and site/shift performance.
  • Review capacity, staffing and volume trends and optimize scheduling to ensure coverage across hours of operations .
  • Develop an environment of continuous focus on quantifiable productivity and quality through performance enablement.
  • Constant and regular review of processes and performance with focus on improving departmental competency / performance rating.
  • Identify business knowledge gaps and ensure everyone has ownership of deliverables.
  • Constant and regular review for direct reports. Set expectations with direct reports, regarding positive motivation and leading through accountability.
  • Develop and lead a team that is responsive to dynamic organizational and operational changes. Foster and champion High-Performance Culture where people are empowered to make decisions that affect their work/environment.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • College Graduate in Banking/Accounting, or a minimum of 5+ years’ experience in
    Payment Operations
    with strong team management experience in similar environment / MBA .
  • Strong Interpersonal skills to effectively communicate on all levels.
  • Excellent written & oral communication skills in English and local language would be required.
  • Proven leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent Stakeholder Management with Proven ability to build strong business relationships within the site and across the business.
  • Experience of working / partnering with Risk, Audit and Compliance to ensure that the overall organizational objectives are met.
  • A proactive approach to problem solving, taking ownership of issues and having the determination to follow through & escalate issues as appropriate.
  • Strong Project management and analytical skills.
  • Process Improvement and Innovation mindset.
  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Willing to work on shifting schedule.
