Our Service Offerings include External Audit, Financial Accounting Advisory Services (FAAS), IFRS & US GAAP conversion, IPO and other public offering, Corporate Treasury - IFRS 9 accounting & implementation support etc.

Your key responsibilities

Technical Excellence

Preparation for IPO including listing rules in India/UK/US including experience on IPO readiness, restated financials, PMO support, communication with legal counsels, banks and other stakeholders
Technical accounting and financial reporting under variouis GAAPs

Skills and attributes

To qualify for the role you must have
Qualification

A qualified CA (or equivalent e.g. CPA/ICAEW/ACCA)
Good academic record (1st/2nd time passes for ICAI or equivalent)
