Your key responsibilities
• Coordination of payroll activities for assigned clients
• Responsibility for processing wages/salaries
• Oversight of calculations and outputs prepared for clients and state institutions in accordance with applicable legislation and requirements and clients’ internal policies
• Responsibility for coordinating junior colleagues
• Oversight of the preparation and processing of annual tax reconciliation documents for client employees and all other tasks related to the end of the calendar year
• Communication with clients and supervision of compliance with laws and legislation
• Active participation in client audits
• Monitoring of legislative changes in the payroll area and their implementation
• Cooperation with other client departments and provision of advice on payroll matters
Skills and attributes for success
• Experience in payroll and HR is required
• Knowledge of the Slovak Labor Code and applicable legislation
• Experience in working with the Humanet payroll system is considered an advantage
• Responsible approach with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and adhere to set deadlines
• Team player with a proactive approach to work
• Advanced MS Excel skills
