The Independent Compliance Risk Management (ICRM) Regulatory Architecture Compliance (RAC) team is responsible for oversight of the end-to-end Regulations Management process. This includes how we identify, assess and implement regulations. A key part of the RAC responsibilities is the communication and training to stakeholders on the Regulations Management program and processes.
- Audience data management, for training and communications purposes.
- Delivery of ad hoc training needs as a result of program updates, which includes:
- Design the training approach, dependent on size of the change and complexity
- Design training materials
- Schedule and run demo / trainings and drop-in calls
- Partner with Operations Manuals & Procedure teams align updates, as necessary
- Evidence Package content for Audit requirements
- Surrounding admin including update of trackers, managing technology and reporting queries received to the central mailbox
- Monthly engagement and training for the monthly technology and reporting release, this includes:
- Define the engagement plans for the release, dependent on size of the release and complexity
- Design the “quick start guides,” “what this means guides,” training materials for larger step change releases and updates for monthly bulletin
- Schedule and run demo / trainings and drop-in calls
- Identify changes/updates required to existing content (such as system guides) based on process change
- Partner with technology and reporting teams, attend sprint calls, UAT and hyper care. Review and challenge JIRAS.
- Constructively challenge where required if the release scope increases such that a robust training offering is not achievable and determine creative mitigations.
- Evidence Package content for Audit requirements
- Administrative duties to support the delivery of the above
- Design and maintain training content for the end-to-end Regulations Management technology and reporting processes (Citi Compliance Technology and Vendor Technology). Materials include System Guides, Access Guides, Videos, FAQs, etc. Support Lead Systems & Reporting Designer with new builds of content where necessary.
- Develop innovative solution to effectively deliver key messages in a user friendly and with mass audience appeal, across a variety of mediums, demos, videos (using Camtasia/Adobe), PowerPoint FAQs, interactive modules and drop in sessions if required.
- Work with web-developer, design systems support hub for the future. Management of training content, FAQs page, collaboration and Stakeholder sites up to date on SharePoint
- Support the development and maintenance of a robust role based training curriculum, for technology and reporting content.
Experience Required
- Experience in Learning & Development
- Deliver Training - live and virtual
- The ability to translate business requirements and technical systems specifications/design to design effective training content – use of business speak and make applicable to the business impact and process
- The ability to explain requirements/standards to a wide variety of stakeholders across all levels of the organization
- Process implementation and change management
