Your Impact
Establish a cadence for reviews, decision-making, and prioritization with measurable improvements for the customer.
Build partnerships and maintain strong relationships with multiple partners across business units.
Develop AI product roadmaps and timelines.
Establish governance models with customers and internal partners, including Quarterly Executive Reviews and Monthly Executive Meetings.
Implement and track deliverables, milestones, action items, technical dependencies, risks, and mitigation plans.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s+ 5 years of technical field experience, experience in hardware and/or software engineering or equivalent, or Masters + 3 years exp. or PhD + 0-1 years of exp.
Experience as a Program Manager in software, networking, web, cloud technologies, AI, or products.
Experience working with large web-scale customers and working in a client- facing role.
Strong understanding of software development processes.
Preferred Qualifications:
Leader with vision; collaborates cross-functionally with internal partners.
Experience with reporting and program management tools such as Jira/Confluence, Tableau, Trello, and Microsoft products.
Well-versed in Agile Project Management processes.
Ability to apply critical thinking in ambiguous circumstances.
Solid track record of building motivated, collaborative, and productive teams, including remote team members.
