RoleResponsibilities:

• Lead practical applications of scientific theory and unusually complex processes in the development and ongoing technical management of the unit's product line

• Lead research, development,and implementation in new products and extensions or enhancements to existing product line

• Lead alpha engineering programregardingall process technology-related issues

• Responsible for alpha and beta product release for business unit's product line

• Participate in strategic planning to integrate research and development processes with both the unit and the Product Business Group's overall business plan

• , select,andpartnerwith vendors and suppliers

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field

• 10-15 years of related experience

• Demonstrate broad and comprehensiveexpertisein leading-edge theories,techniquesand/or technologies within own field
