Key Responsibilities:

  • Acquisition of New Partners and Customers

Identify and approach potential new partners and customers, especially MSSPs. Conduct market analyses to identify target customers and market segments. Develop and implement strategies to attract new partners and customers.

  • Expansion of Distribution Business

Developing and implementing short- and long-term strategies to growing your Distribution partner overall revenue according to Check Point’s strategic priorities. Analyze market trends and competitive activities to identify business opportunities. Create business plans and forecasts to support sales strategies.

  • Relationship Management

Build and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with new and existing distribution partners, and customers. Support distribution-led partners in implementing our products and services. Regularly communicate with and support distribution-led partners to ensure high satisfaction and long-term collaboration.

  • Business Development

Working with Distribution partners to build, launch, and run managed service propositions.

  • Strategic Planning and Execution

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets. Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute campaigns for partner and customer acquisition. Working closely with internal teams such as sales, sales engineering, and HQ-functions to ensure effective implementations of strategies. Monitor and analyze sales results, adjusting strategies as needed.

  • Budget and Pipeline Management

Planning and managing the budget for partner programs and continually building a pipeline of opportunities with distribution-led partners and reporting on progress regularly.

  • Performance Monitoring and Analysis

Regularly monitor and analyze the performance of distribution business and initiatives. Prepare regular reports on sales activities, results, and market trends. Analyze sales channels and identify opportunities for optimization.

  • Training and Support
Qualifications
  • Several years of professional experience in sales, preferably in distribution or channel sales.
  • Proven track record in managing distribution partners and acquiring new distribution-led partners and customers, with experience in MSSPs being ideal
  • Ability to engage partners with professionalism and energy, fostering trust and collaboration.
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate market opportunities and develop growth strategies.
  • Experience in the IT industry, with a deep understanding of technology and market trends.
  • Goal-oriented and independent working style.
  • Knowledge of the cybersecurity industry is highly preferred, demonstrating your commitment to our field.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, enabling effective engagement with partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Language Skills: Native German, Fluent English
