Minimum qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in sales or sales enablement at a technology provider, global system integrator, or public cloud provider.
- Experience in training, developing, and executing sales enablement programs, and learning and enablement content development in different areas impacting sales.
- Experience creating, maintaining, or delivering sales content in the technology industry.
Preferred qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in the field sales.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Product, Engineering, Solutions, Legal, Finance, Delivery, Customer Support, etc.).
- Experience working with enterprise sales and an understanding of sales Go-To-Market.
- Knowledge of a cloud technology platform.
- Ability to think strategically, take broad ideas and concepts and develop structured plans, actions, and measurable metrics, and then execute those plans.
- Ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
