elp build efficiencies within the CRM and sales process
Monitor and analyze key metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies where needed

Create and share regular reports and dashboards that track team performance, conversion rates, pipeline growth, and other key metrics
Provide consistent feedback from outbound efforts to improve targeting and messaging

Minimum of 2-3years experiencemanaging staff on a Digital Sales team
Minimum of 5 years of Sales/Business Development experience
Experience in using a CRM system such as Salesforce.com
