Job Description
Associate Field Manager- Demand generation for Ruminant products in trade (fromVets/paravets/shepherdsetc).
- Selling these products by using pharma sell/action selling process steps.
- Coordinating between retailers and distributors.
- Minimizing expiries by regular secondary sales.
- Laison with vet colleges & Institution.
- Development of good rapport with Milk union and other NGO''s for business volumes.
- Responsible foroutstanding/recoveriespertaining to Ruminant products for their territory.
- Compliance to Business Principles.
- The Sales Executive is responsible for maintaining sales growth for Ruminants products in their respective territory.
- Achieving annual target, in addition to this regular customer follow up like Vets, DF's, Shepherds, paravets, retailers and distributors.
- Growth and expansion of Ruminant products to make our company as leading company in the territory against increasing competition phase. Attaining desired growth as per traffic light model.
