Country Sales Manager – Espoo, Finland
You will work closely together with the End Users and Partners but will have full ownership of delivering the territory sales plan. A proven track record of success within the Industrial Safety PPE products is highly advantageous. The successful applicant will be an ambitious Sales Representative looking to forge a career within an innovative global business. Main responsibilities
•Managing existing account base, ensuring excellent levels of service, and proposing new solutions to meet current and anticipated customer needs
•Leading sales growth in your defined territory directly to the end users and via Distributors.
Problem-solving together with customers/engineers.
•Participating in office meetings for the planning of the application of our products.
•Participating in and carrying out customer-training courses and demonstrations on the Company's range of products.
•Participating in and conducting negotiations regarding the supply of the Company’s products and services & trading terms.
•Work in inputting all opportunities into Salesforce and keeping them updated on a daily basis Qualifications
•A high-performing Territory Sales/Field Sales/ Product Sales Consultant, ideally with experience in Industrial Safety Products
•Experience selling via channels, or directly to end users.
•Excellent interpersonal & communication skills, both verbal and written in English and Finnish
•Strong commercial acumen with the ability to drive large deals through multiple decision-makers
•Experienced in developing, and taking care of large end users and distribution
•Experience in the challenging sales process
•Sales experience with proven ability in delivering successful results.
•Demonstrated ability to build, negotiate, and close deals.
•The ability to adapt to changing schedules and customer requirements and work in high-pressure environments
•Autonomous, mature, and highly professional in dealing with individuals at different seniority levels.
•The ability to travel through the given region as the business and opportunities demand, occasionally at short notice.
•The ability to make international business trips out of the given region.
