Your role:

• As the Product Security process expert you will responsible for maintaining and enhancing the global Philips Product Security policy and process framework, driving the future strategic directions on product security compliance.
• Determine the relevance ofprojects/assessments/auditsin product security for Philips, assessing the value of new developments and identifying new opportunities for Philips.
• Take part in initiatives and drive global developments in product security that are relevant for the business, and determine its implications. Keeps abreast of market, competition, technical, application and societal developments in their domain, showing understanding of the Philips position and business interests.
• In your role you will be performing gap assessments of new international regulations and standards and implement these security requirements within business together with the PSOs.
• You will also be part of various product security initiatives to automate/simplify some of our existing process, templates and drive adoption throughout the product security organization.

• You have >7 years of product security related experience, preferably in a regulated environment.
• You have proven business experience in product security (Innovation, product development, operations etc.) in various roles.
• You have a broad expertise or unique knowledge in product security, uses skills to contribute to development of company objectives and principles and to achieve goals in creative and effective ways.
• You are a mid level individual contributor, in the regulations and standards space
• Have experience in understanding regulatory requirements and breaking them down to actionable items
• You drive policy and QMS deployment effectively.
• You have deep knowledge in respective End2End product security processes.
• Understand ARIS, PEPF, I2M, PDLM concepts
• Experience in automation of templates, working with complex excel documents, building templates
• Offer trainings and create training content
• Good knowledge of the company products and services.
