What you’ll do:

• Manage corporate accounting operations and build public-company-ready processes
• Manage close process, ensuring compliance with US GAAP and SOX 404
• Review journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations and flux analysis
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and effectively communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders
• Build a high-performance and collaborative team
• Engage in ad hoc process improvement projects

What will you need to have?

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field; CPA required
• Big 4 or similar experience required
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and SOX 404
• Demonstrated success in working cross-functionally to execute strategic initiatives
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Public company, including SOX, experience required
• Oversee external audit, ensuring effective execution and timely completion

The estimated gross base annual salary range for this role is$142,652–$160,870
