-Strong understanding of refrigerant, HVAC&R principles, systems, and components.-Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
-Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in Japanese and English.-Knowledge/experience on the design/development of thermal systems
-Strong understanding of thermodynamic cycles, refrigeration, and heat transfer
-Ability to do both experimental and theoretical work-Excellent verbal and communication skills

-Demonstrated ability to drive technology commercialization is a plus-Attention to detail
