A day in the life of a Brand Manager - CNS...
  • You will execute the brand strategy to deliver agreed commercial targets
  • You will drive optimised business results by managing and tracking the agreed marketing/promotional budget for the brand in line with the annual AOP & LBE cycles
  • You will conduct market research on brand tracking and market opportunities
  • You will work alongside the Omnichannel Lead to prepare and activate Brand Plans, considering the appropriate channel mix that will engage and enhance customer experience
  • You will build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including internal delivery teams, external agencies and vendors
  • You will create brand assets aligned to brand proposition, positioning and targeting for use across multiple channels including digital, face to face and virtual
  • You will ensure materials and assets for the brand are MHRA/ABPI compliant
  • You will evaluate and analyse activities to ensure continuous improvement and optimisation of engagement and interaction with target stakeholder(s)
  • You will work with customer-facing teams to gain insight, deliver messaging and support engagement with target customers, including meetings attendance, provision of sales materials, presenters and presentations
  • You will support delivery of in-person and virtual events including internal, external and sponsored
  • You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure stable supply and avoid out of stocks
  • You will identify, assess and recommend product lifecycle management, new product development and line extension opportunities for their potential to generate income for the company

  • Proven experience of working in a brand management or marketing role in a highly regulated sector; including substantial experience in developing and delivering brand, marketing and go to market plans
