A day in the life of our Omnichannel/Brand Manager...
  • You will develop and implement an omnichannel engagement plan that supports our priorities and enhances our customer engagement.
  • You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute omnichannel customer engagement programs across multiple channels including digital, face to face and virtual.
  • You will maintain a thorough understanding of relevant principal requirements and guidelines, ensuring that all activities adhere to the guidelines across all managed marketing activities
  • You will stay up to date on competitor insight, industry trends and best practices in omnichannel marketing and share knowledge with the wider team.
  • You will work with data and insight teams to monitor and analyse customer data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.
  • You will build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including internal delivery teams (both in the UK and in Croatia), external agencies and vendors.
  • You will manage the budget for omnichannel campaigns, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively and efficiently.
  • You will maintain and manage the marketing campaign calendar for your team and key stakeholders

Do you have...?

  • Proven experience of working in a marketing planning / omnichannel role in a highly regulated sector (pharma, FMCG, Consumer healthcare...etc.)
  • Substantial experience in developing campaign planning and execution
  • An understanding of the customer landscape
