Key job responsibilities
1.Project Management:
* Lead the end-to-end implementation of SAP S/4HANA on AWS, including planning, execution, and delivery.
* Coordinate cross-functional teams, manage project timelines, and ensure adherence to best practices and industry standards.
* Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements, identify gaps, and develop roadmaps for continuous improvement.2. System Configuration and Integration:
* Oversee the configuration of SAP S/4HANA to align with business processes and requirements.
* Manage the integration of SAP S/4HANA with other enterprise applications
* Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation3.Cloud Management and Optimization:
* Monitor and optimize system performance
* Ensure compliance with security, data protection, and regulatory requirements4. People Management:
* Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to a team of SAP and AWS professionals, fostering their professional growth and development.
* Conduct performance evaluations, identify training needs, and create development plans for team members.
* Promote a collaborative and inclusive work environment, encouraging knowledge sharing and cross-functional collaboration.
* Manage workload distribution, prioritize tasks, and ensure efficient resource allocation within the team.
* Attract, retain, and develop top talent by creating a positive and engaging work culture.
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
* Minimum of 8 years of experience in implementing and managing SAP ERP solutions, with a strong focus on SAP S/4HANA.
* Proven experience in leading enterprise-level SAP implementation projects, preferably in a cloud environment (AWS or similar).
* In-depth understanding of AWS services, architectures, and best practices for running SAP workloads on the cloud.
* Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple concurrent projects.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business terms.
* Familiarity with agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.
* Knowledge of security and compliance requirements, including data protection regulations.* Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate, develop, and retain top talent.
