YOUR IMPACT
As an Account Manager at Cisco, you’ll manage a portfolio of Cisco-powered managed services with one of our largest and most strategic service provider partners. You will have responsibility for all aspects of service creation to launch and support new services. You'll need an entrepreneurial spirit and a consultative approach. You will build positive relationships and lead a cross-functional team to ensure long-term success for Cisco and the service provider partner.
- You will be responsible for identifying and proposing new business opportunities based on industry trends, acquisitions, and new product introductions.
- You will work with partner product managers to develop compelling business case to justify new service launches.
- You will manage complex product and offer development projects to bring new services to market.
- Work closely with our marketing team to drive awareness and sales of the services you develop.
- Engage with partner engineering and operations teams as well as Cisco’s CX and BU teams to ensure that Cisco products are functioning properly and optimized in your partners environment
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
5+ years of technology sales experience and a track record of consistently meeting or exceeding goals
Sales or technical experience with one or more of the following technologies - Enterprise Networking (SD-WAN), Security (SASE), Observability, AI.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and ability to work with large data sets.
