Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

As a Talent Acquisition in adidas, you will be an integral part of our talent acquisition team. You will closely assist the team in the recruitment and selection process to attract top talent to our organization. This role requires strong communication and organization skills, the ability to mutitask and to engage with clients and hiring managers. In this role, you will work closely with your recruitment team and will foster strong relationships with the broader TAEE team.

Key Responsibilities:
• Candidate relations:o assist in sourcing strong profiles (via LinkedIn)
o schedule job interviews

Data Management
o Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the ATS and internal systems ensuring compliance with data protection regulations
o Follow GDPR and internal policies
o Track and report key sourcing metrics, such as source of hire, time to fill, and candidate conversion rates, to assess the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and make datadriven recommendations for improvement
o Support administrative tasks, such as maintaining recruitment-related documentation, preparing reports, and assisting with the onboarding process when required.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• advanced in Microsoft Office and digital applications
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• German language is nice to have

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

• studying toward a degree in Human Resources Management, General Management or related field (at least 2nd year study)
• proven experience working in an office/corporate environment
• min. 1 year experience in HR would be an asset
