Conduct advanced data analysis to extract actionable insights that inform strategic decisions across key geographical markets.
Collaborate closely with the new business teams, providing data-driven insights to support strategic decisions.
Analyze broad data to understand the key drivers of bookings, attach rate, revenue, profitability, occupancy, rebooking rate, churn, and other key metrics
Define new metrics and identify leading indicators of key business outcomes
Build dashboards to track key performance metrics across markets and customer segments to establish benchmarks
Conduct A/B tests to improve business performance and maximize incrementality
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Strategic Finance, Data and Analytical Engineering, and Data Science, to align strategies and leverage synergies.
Your Expertise:
6+ years of industry experience with a degree (Masters or PhD is a plus) in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Econometrics, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Data Science, Operations Research).
Prior experience in advanced analytics or business data science within a marketplace or business strategy setting.
Deep understanding of econometric and statistical analysis, and experience in applying these skills to derive insights from broad data sets.
Exceptional business acumen, strategic thinking skills, and the ability to make informed judgments.
Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with a variety of stakeholders and conveying complex concepts in an accessible manner.
Proven stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate and influence across functions.
