Bachelor's degree or the equivalent in computer science, engineering management, business or a related field plus 3 years of experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related experience OR 5 years of experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related experience

Must have experience with: Program and Project Planning & Execution; Helping Product Managers & Owners in building and grooming product backlogs besides prioritization; Performing Scrum ceremonies for Back End Datalake and Front End Application Teams; Planning & executing data migration from Teradata to Google Cloud Platform (GCP) using automated data migration tools; End to End Program Planning & execution of data migration to Dataproc clusters and decommission of Cloud Break Clusters using Spark and Hive tools like UDP, DQ and SDV; Data Ingestion into Datalake from various source systems with Hadoop, DB2, Teradata, Oracle, or SQL Server; Picturizing end to end data flow diagrams and process flow charts using MS Visio for Item Generation across multiple business units; Building solid Testing Center of Excellence for multiple application teams using Test Automation and Test Data Management Tools; Enabling teams to perform Data Design & Modeling using Erwin and building data visualization / presentation layer using tools like Power BI, Looker and Thought Spot; Creating Program / Project Scheduling for Teradata to Cloud Migration Program using MS Project with all dependencies captured and tracked; and Managing projects building Retail Reporting applications with features enriched with dynamic business rules validation that run across billions of rows and stringent performance and resource utilization requirements.
