- At least 10 years of experience in infrastructure projects - At least 7 years of management experience involving direct client contact and full responsibility for projects - Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture - Registered Architect (RA) - NCARB Certificate holder - Proven ability to strategize and direct business growth and direction - Forward thinking and ability to articulate clear vision and knowledge of trends in the infrastructure space - Must have good social, networking, organization, people and presentation skills Ideally, You'll Also Have: - Participation in professional organizations - Master's degree in architecture
