JOB DESCRIPTION


In this role, you will impact the financial strategy and performance of our Commercial Products business unit by analyzing financial data, identifying trends, and providing recommendations for improvement. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to develop financial models, forecasts, and budgets, and provide insights to support strategic decision-making. Your expertise in financial analysis and reporting will contribute to the achievement of business objectives and drive growth.
• Coordinate with cross-SBG teams on monthly forecasts, partner with SBG BAP leaders and SBG Products CFO’s to present overall Products financial forecast to PPE CFO/Products Sponsor on a monthly basis.
• : Assist Products CFO during month on key financial planning cycles (SRO, formal forecasts, AOP, STRAP). Analyze key variances during monthly closes and planning cycles gaining an understanding of the connection between financials and operational drivers. Provide key P&L closing commentary that is used in monthly Products leadership closing deep dive.
• Partner with Products business model COE team to help define and partner to drive Key Operational Metric improvements across the business. Support weekly Products call rhythms with finance and regions to support monthly CFO/SLT review. Help adapt and maintain financial driver modeling around financial forecasts.

• 2+ years of experience in finance or related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling
• Financial systems knowledge – SAP, FDS, HP
• Strong business acumen and understanding of market dynamics
