You'll develop a cutting-edge RCA system that transforms issue identification and resolution in our complex systems, directly impacting customer experience. Contribute to the design and implementation of scalable solutions for data selection, RCA-specific data labeling, analysis, and corrective action stages of the RCA process.Develop and maintain components of the RCA tool, including both frontend and backend systems.Optimize data processing workflows to reduce time and complexity in the RCA process.Participate in code reviews and support continuous improvement of development practices.

- 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
- 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
- Experience programming with at least one software programming language

- 3+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
- Experience with developing user interfaces for data analysis tools.
- Familiarity with machine learning concepts and their application in data analysis.
