- Implement adidas operation initiatives in Franchise stores
 - Franchise Key stores’ staff profile regular review
 - Franchise Key stores’ rostering regular review
 - Franchise Key stores’ staff training tracking and following
 - Franchise Key stores’ staff fulfill ratio tracking and reaction
 
Drive Franchise stores’ key offer merchandising execution
- Monthly IA plan review and feedback
 - Monthly IA drop review and on-filed checking
 - Weekly replenishment tracking and feedback
 - Manual allocation management
 
Strengthen contacting with customer branch
- Franchise project regular workshop with customer (with customer branch)
 - Quarterly workshop with Franchise store manager in region

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
