Build and own monetization strategy and vision for our new casual games from early stages until fully launched
Plan, create & implement day-to-day events and promotions strategies to drive growth in business KPIs
Research and analyze competitor games to bring new product insights for improving monetization strategy
Conducting AB tests of different game features and ad implementations that can help improve our games’ LTV
Participate in internal task forces of our games with Economy, Design, Product, Technical Operations and Analytics teams to bring to full execution our vision
Collaborate with internal cross department teams to improve our processes and help design product tools to support all of our monetization needs
Transform data findings into actionable recommendations to generate higher monetization performance for our games
Review daily KPIs and proactively identify opportunities, trends and threats to the game monetization
What we're looking for
Passion for mobile games
Experience as Monetization Manager, Product Manager in the Gaming Industry
Methodological approach for data together with the ability to present the data clearly and efficiently to support business decisions **a must
Strong English written/verbal communication skills
Great analytical skills
Critical thinking and creative problem solving
Multitask abilities and passion for games
You might also have
Experience in Game Design / Level Design / Game economy **advantage
Experience working on a hybrid-casual game **advantage
