As a Product Monetization Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth while ensuring a seamless gaming experience for our users. Working in a fast-paced environment, you'll collaborate closely with Data Analysts, Studio Managers, Game Designers, and Economists to optimize game performance and achieve our business objectives. What you'll be doing - Develop and refine strategic plans to achieve business targets effectively, considering market trends, player preferences, and competitive landscape
- Design and implement pressure points on the user journey to enhance key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive business growth, utilizing data-driven insights and behavioral analysis
- Prioritize player retention and engagement strategies to maximize lifetime value, fostering a deep connection between players and our games through compelling experiences and rewards
- Conduct A/B tests on content and analyze performance data to enhance the user experience, continuously iterating and optimizing to ensure seamless gameplay and monetization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Economy, Game Design, Developers, and Analytics to deliver high-quality monthly events and promotions, fostering a cohesive approach to game development and monetization strategies.
What we're looking for - Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data sets and derive actionable insights to inform strategic decision-making
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and teams across the organization
- Experience working with diverse teams and stakeholders to align objectives and drive projects forward in a cohesive manner
- Proven experience in at least one of the following fields: Monetization management, Product Management, Data Analysis, or Growth Management, with notable achievements in Casual or Hybrid mobile games.
