Supply Chain Advisor - Supply Chain & Operations - Planning (Manager) (Multiple Positions) (1564788), Ernst & Young U.S. LLP, Denver, CO.

Full time employment, Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Business (operations management), Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Management Science, Operations Research, Business Analytics or a related field and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate work experience. Alternatively, will accept a Master’s degree in Business (operations management), Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Management Science, Operations Research, Business Analytics or related field and 4 years of related work experience.Must have 4 years of experience in one or more of the specific supply chain areas: demand planning, supply and capacity planning, production planning & scheduling, or order promising.Must have 3 years of Implementation experience in Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP), and/or Integrated Business Planning (IBP).Must have 3 years of implementation experience using one of the following tools/applications:
· SAP IBP
· Kinaxis;
· OMP;
· Blue Yonder; OR
· O9 Solutions.

Must have 4 years of experience using Excel, Macros, and Pivot Tables.Must have 3 years of experience writing and delivering presentations for executives and senior managers in Power Point.Must have 2 years of experience in managing staff on projects and providing direction to team members.Must have 2 years of experience in all of the following:
· training or coaching client employees;
· developing and facilitating meetings and workshops for clients; AND
· supporting sales and business development efforts.
