Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
- 1 year of experience in electrical maintenance planning, scheduling and maintenance work, or 1 year of experience in leading/planning facility equipment maintenance.
- Experience with CMMS.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in facility maintenance planning and scheduling electrical maintenance including turnaround maintenance planning.
- Experience with vendor management and coordination.
- Experience in developing and establishing maintenance programs from construction through facility ready.
- Ability to develop maintenance plans and forecasts, including work load balancing.
- Ability to communicate with internal customers and external stakeholders, and resolve issues.
- Excellent collaboration and problem-solving skills.
