Run the business reporting process, providing accurate data, in a timely manner. This includes P&L, pipeline, league table reporting as well as expense management
Understand market trends and competition landscape. Identify areas of focus relative to our competition and overall market opportunities
Gather, analyze and synthesize data, make recommendations for the leadership team to facilitate decision making
Develop presentations to communicate the business strategy, performance, and priorities. Prepare materials for business performance reviews, offsites, townhalls
Establish a strong network with functional partners, senior and junior bankers, and senior management
Actively participate to ongoing projects (Implementation of regulatory changes, launching new tools or enhancing existing processes to increase efficiency,…)
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
2+ years of relevant experience Business Management, COO or related area
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or other related area
Self-motivated, tenacious and able to work with high degree of independence
Proven experience delivering timely, high quality presentations and/or reporting for various projects and stakeholders
Attention to detail is a must
Ability to articulate and demonstrate thoughtful rationale when taking decisions
Excellent communication, organization and project management skills. You pick up the phone to discuss and resolve issues, rather than emailing
Strong time management and prioritization skills
Intermediate to advanced level ability expected in all MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint)
