Purpose Statement

Reporting to the Corporate Communications Sr, Specialist, this role is responsible for planning and executing communications directed to Channel Partners (Distributors) within the Growth Emerging Markets EMEA (GEM).

Key responsibilities

  • Ensure consistent and aligned communication of the company’s brand message, values, and goals to Channel Partners in GEM region.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive communication plan with strategies and tactics to foster strong relationships with Channel Partners in GEM region.
  • Communication with government officials
  • Create engaging and impactful communication materials, including newsletters, announcements, social media posts and presentations, to keep Channel Partners informedand engaged.
  • Provide regular training and guidance on Boston Scientific brand standards to ensure brand consistency across the distributor served markets.
  • Provide communication support to key events, conferences, and meetings directed to channel partners.
  • Measure and regularly report engagement statistics and metrics, indicating the effectiveness of the communication efforts.
  • Implement feedback mechanism to assess communication impact and gather insights from Channel Partners and drive continuous improvement.
  • Monitor and proactively manage project plans, budget and resources including external vendors, to ensure goals are achieved withing the outlined timelines.
  • Manage creative and media agencies to ensure timely delivery of services, like graphics and videos. Ensure alignment of all materials with Boston Scientific’s brand standards.

CONTENT CREATION

Creates new or leverages existing content and messaging in alignment with regulation and internal policies. Uses storytelling techniques to create a vision to which communication content is aligned.

AUDIENCE INSIGHTS

Develops and implements methods to effectively identify, analyse, and understand internal and external audiences. Uses analytics to select and evaluate channel performance. Applies insights to define a clear picture of audience needs, motivations and triggers to effectively engage them.

Evaluates processes to continuously improve efficiency, effectiveness, and/or audience experience. Generates new ideas using creativity and critical thinking to enhance ways of working. Implements new ideas in a sustainable way which supports a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

PROJECT AND RESOURCE MANAGEMENT

Demonstrates the discipline of planning, prioritising, executing and monitoring projects and activities to achieve specified outcomes within a clearly defined timeframe, standard and budget. Manages and optimises resources, finances and risks.

The profile

Excellent opportunity for communication professionals with at least 3 years of experience in corporate communications field. The candidates should be interested in working in fast-paced, multi-national company, in a role with a focus on external communications.

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Communication, Marketing, Humanities or similar.
  • At least 3 years of previous experience in a communications role (in a company or a communication agency).
  • Strong storytelling and written and verbal English communication skills
  • Languages requirements on professional level: English, Arabic, French
  • Positive can-do & proactive attitude, being highly creative, and with the ability to work in a team as well as independently.
  • Ability to multi-task, strong follow-through, and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g. Adobe Photoshop, Canva). Video editing ability a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Located in Lebanon (Beirut)
  • The role is in Hybrid mode - 3 days / week working in the office required
