Summary:
Works closely with the team members in developing creative content which requires more technical know-how for various internal or external communications campaigns. Partners with the Principal Specialist to ensure that content and messaging are aligned to strategic messaging and appropriate brand usage. Researches on new creative content development and platforms. As and when required, executes on internal event management and logistics.
General Responsibilities:
Designs/creates content for all site-wide initiatives and projects and ensures alignment to strategic messaging and brand usage for all channels inclusive of multimedia platforms.
Drives innovation for content based on emerging communications trends.
Partners with the Principal Communications Specialist in designing events and engagement strategies and materials.
Manages content deployment in identified channels after approval.
Acts as a consultant for other content creators in the organization to ensure messaging and brand usage are aligned and appropriate.
Tests different emerging tech for communications delivery and recommends the right approach/plan to utilize, as appropriate, for the site.
Basic Qualifications:
4-year college degree or equivalent working experience in creative design, web design and/or multimedia
Skills Required:
Demonstrated proficiency in different design applications: HTML, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere and After effects skills
Consistent drive for results and customer orientation
Strong judgment and influencing skills
Excellent verbal and written skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Preferably in Communication Arts, Fine Arts, Advertising, or other design-related courses.
Copywriting experience and minimal experience in events management and delivery
Multimedia design skills, especially for video production and other forms of interactive platforms
Amenable to work in Alabang, Muntinlupa
